• Orders are processed promptly; cancellation requests after confirmation will not be accepted.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
• This includes incorrect selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with color, texture, or design.

3. No Refund Policy

• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for courier delays, incorrect address provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

4. Exceptions (Sole Discretion of Ananthu Khadi Bhavan)

• Verified manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect product delivered.

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (including clear photographs and purchase details). If approved after verification, remedies may include replacement or store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Provide correct delivery details to avoid shipping issues.

6. Shipping Disclaimer

• Orders are shipped via third-party logistics providers.
• Delivery delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.
• Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
